has gloss	mal: അരിമാവുകൊണ്ടുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഒരു പലഹാരമാണ് അട. അരി നേര്‍മയായി പൊടിച്ച് വെള്ളം ചേര്‍ത്ത് കുഴച്ചോ, അരി കുതിര്‍ത്ത് അരച്ചോ, ഇലയില്‍ പരത്തുവാന്‍ പാകത്തില്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ മാവ്, വാഴയിലയിലോ, വട്ടയിലയിലോ പരത്തി ആവിക്കുവച്ച് പുഴുങ്ങിയോ ചുട്ടോ പാകപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. ഇതില്‍ മധുരം ചേര്‍ക്കാതെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
