In 2006 there were 24 films produced in Bhutan, which is more than twice the number produced in 2005 . This gives them an interesting view on media and movies . The people of Bhutan look for fantasy in their movies not reality. Most movies contain many songs and are focused on unrealistic perfection and culture . The culture of Bhutan is very preserved and people feared that with the increase in media and film production that the culture would become more like other countries. This however was not the case and the movies have increased peoples desire fo preserve the culture of Bhutan .
