This institute was started by Maharaj Kumar HH Bhupal Singh ji Bahadur Mewar. Now this institute work under the aegies of Vidhya Pracharini Sabha that formed from the old boys of the institution and this one is the probably biggest institute in world that is governed and managed by the body which is elected every three years by complete democratic way among the members of the Old Boys Association of the BN Sansthan. Mahendra Singh Mewar is current president.
