has glosseng: Dovid Harris (born in the 1940s in Scranton, Pennsylvania) is an Orthodox rabbi who as co-rosh yeshiva (dean) heads the Yeshivas Rabbeinu Yisrael Meir HaKohen. (The other co-rosh yeshiva is Rabbi Akiva Grunblatt.) He is a prominent figure in the yeshiva world. He is renowned for his analytical skills and depth of comprehension. He is a master of sensitivity to Talmudic textual nuance, and will rigorously examine the "assembly-line" of a Talmudic sequence. His students number over a thousand, and many retain close ties with him.
