has gloss	eng: The (Shadow) East Midlands Local Authorities Leaders Board is a Local Authority Leaders’ Board that is being established in the East Midlands Region of England. It will assume the functions currently carried out by the East Midlands Regional Assembly when that body is abolished in March 2010. When fully established, the board will meet four times per year with provision to hold special meetings as necessary.
