has gloss	eng: The Ford DLD engine is an automobile engine family - a group of compact straight-4 Diesel engines developed jointly by Ford Motor Company and the PSA Group (Peugeot/Citroën). The Ford/PSA joint-venture for the production of the DLD was announced in September, 1998. Some of the engines are produced at Fords Dagenham Engine plant in Dagenham, England, also at Fords Chennai plant in India, others at PSA's Trémery plant in France.
