has gloss	urd: آئین پاکستان میں چوتھی ترمیم 21 نومبر 1975ء کو نافذ ہو گئیں جن کی رو سے پارلیمان میں اقلیتوں کے لیے مختص نشستوں کا از سر نو جائزہ لیا گیا اور اس کے علاوہ کسی بھی شخص کی ضمانت قبل از گرفتاری کے حوالے سے کسی بھی زیلی عدالت کے اختیارات میں کمی کر دی گئی، یعنی کہ کسی بھی سنگین جرم میں ملوث مبینہ ملزم کو ضمانت دینے کے عدالتی اختیارات کو ختم کر دیا گیا۔
