Gurdjieff and taught to his students as part of the work of self observation and self study. The Gurdjieff Movements can only be properly transmitted by those who themselves have been initated in the direct line of Gurdjieff, otherwise it leads nowhere; mere forms and technique without real substance or right knowledge.
