The main objectives of the Hidayat TV are to develop the Muslim community by covering various educational, welfare and religious needs. They offer services in English and Urdu. Hidayat TV was established by two scholars, and Moulana Dr. G.H Adeel (President) along with Dr. Ghulam Hadi Kadiwal of London and Sakhawat Hussain Shah of Birmingham. Hidayat TV was running for 6 hours everyday on Sky 803 (Eurobird); by the work of and Moulana Adeel (President), Hidayat TV is running for 24/7 from Monday 16th Feb 2009. The channel promotes the Shia sect of Islam.
