| has gloss | eng: Institutional racism (also structural racism and systemic racism) is any form of racism occurring specifically within institutions such as public government bodies, private business corporations, and universities (public and private). Institutional racism is one of three forms of racism: (i) Personally-mediated, (ii) internalized, and (iii) institutional. The term institutional racism was coined by Stokely Carmichael, the black nationalist, pan-Africanist and "honorary prime minister" of the Black Panther Party, who, in the late 1960s, defined institutional racism as “the collective failure of an organization to provide an appropriate and professional service to people because of their colour, culture, or ethnic origin”.1 |

| has gloss | arz: سياسة التفرقه العنصريه هى سياسه رسميه اساسها التفرقه فى المعامله بين السود والملونيين ( اللى مش اوروبيين ولا افريكان سود ) من جهه و الاوروبيين من جهه تانيه ، فى الاسكان و التعليم و الوظايف و وسايل النقل و اماكن الترويح. بدأت فى افريقيا ايام الاستعمار الاوروبى و من وقت تصريحات سيسل رودس. و نادى دانيال فرنسوا مالان (1875-1954) بسياسة التفرقه العنصريه و ابتكر لها كلمة " ابارتهيد " Apartheid و معناها الفصل أو التفرقه. فى جنوب افريقيا بقا الدستور من سنة 1910 بينص على قصر التمثيل البرلمانى على الاوروبيين بس و حرمان الافريكان من حق الانتخاب. و فى سنة 1950 صدر قانون بتخصيص اماكن للسود و الملونين و اجبارهم على حط حواجز حوالين المناطق اللى بيعيشو فيها. و ناضل الافريكان هناك نضال كبير ضد سياسة التفرقه العنصريه بالاضرابات و الاحتجاجات و عقد المؤتمرات. و اتعرضت جمهورية جنوب افريقيا للانتقادات من دول الكومنولث البريطانى فإنسحبت منه سنة 1961 بدل ما تغير سياستها ، و ادانتها الجمعيه العامه للامم المتحده فى نوفمبر 1962 و طالبت بفرض عقوبات عليها و طلبت من مجلس الامن البحث فى امكانية طردها من عضوية الامم المتحده ، و وقف الاوروبيين حكومات و شعوب ضد سياستها. و اتعاقبت فعلاً جنوب افريقيا و اتقاطعت لغاية ما اضطرت تغير نظامها الاستبدادى و تدى الافريكان حقوقهم المشروعه. |
