has gloss	eng: The JPEG-AVI format uses the AVI RIFF form with minor changes. Similar to the AVI, the JPEG-AVI file format uses the mandatory "hdrl" and "movi" LIST chunks. JPEG-DIB frames are key frames, as they all are addressable. Their format is as specified in ISO 10918. The index chunks contain the key frames entries for each data chunk to provide random access for finding JPEG-DIB video frames from a large interleaved AVI-file.
