Information
has glosseng: The Walker Ground, Southgate is a cricket ground in Southgate, England. The ground was first used by the Middlesex 1st XI as long ago as 1859, but had to wait until 1991 for its next match, and until 1998 to become a regular Middlesex venue. In most recent years, the ground has hosted four or five matches in the various competitions (as a consequence of MCC restrictions on the number of games Middlesex can play at Lord's), including the unforgettable Pro40 play-off win against Northamptonshire in 2007. However, in 2008 the ground will host just a solitary Friends Provident Trophy match against Sussex.
