Up to 15 Companions are appointed each year, with a limit of 165 living Companions at any given time. Companions are entitled to use post-nominal: "C.C." As of July 30, 2007, there were 159 living Companions. This list shows all of the Companions, in alphabetical order, both living and deceased.

Seine Träger (Companions) haben größte Verdienste um Kanada und die Menschheit auf nationaler oder internationaler Ebene erworben. Jedes Jahr werden bis zu 15 Companions ernannt. Die Gesamtzahl der lebenden kanadischen Träger zu jedem beliebigen Zeitpunkt ist auf 165 begrenzt. Die Träger sind berechtigt, den Namenszusatz C.C. zu führen. Zum 21. Juni 2008 gab es 162 lebende kanadische Companions und 4 nicht-kanadische. Die folgende Liste zeigt alle lebenden und verstorbenen Companions in alphabetischer Reihenfolge.
