has gloss | eng: Loewe v. Lawlor, 208 U.S. 274 (1908), (also referred to as the Danbury Hatters Case) was a U.S. Supreme Court decision in which a labor boycott of D. E. Loewe & Company by the Hatters Union was deemed a conspiracy in restraint of trade that violated the Sherman Antitrust Act and accordingly awarded threefold damages to the company.
