has gloss	eng: Lorino is a village (selo) in the Chukotsky District, on the boundary of the Chukchi Sea and the Bering Sea, part of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug in the Russian Far East. The population of the village as of March 2003 was 1419 , of which 1288 were indigenous peoples. This makes Lorino the largest indigenous village in the whole Okrug and larger even than Lavrentiya, the administrative centre of the district, which is found to the north-west of Lorino.

has gloss	nld: Lorino (Russisch: Лорино) is een plaats (selo) en selskoje poselenieje in het zuiden van het district Tsjoekotski van de Russische autonome okroeg Tsjoekotka. De plaats ligt aan de zuidoostkust van het Tsjoektsjenschiereiland, ten noorden van de Metsjigmenskigolf van de Beringzee en grenst in het westen aan een aantal watermassas die uitlopen op de Metsjigmenskibaai (die uitloopt op de Metsjigmenskigolf). Aan oostzijde stroomt de rivier Loren uit in de Metsjigmenskigolf. De naam komt van het Tsjoektsjische woord льурэн (ljoeren of loeren) of лугрен (loegren), wat iets betekent als "(terug)gevonden/uitgezocht kamp".
