Over the years Germaines character seems to have taken a backseat as Foamys angry rants against society became increasingly popular. Other characters include Foamy's squirrel friends Pilz-e, Begley and The Hatta, as well as several recurring human characters that Foamy and Germaine frequently or occasionally interact with.
