has gloss	eng: Reer Ugas Sharmarke is an extended subclan of the Sade Somali clan, and a prominent Reer Diini sub clan. It is the clan from which the current Sade Ugaas (chief) hails. Ugaas Sharmaarke, is the ancestral father of many thousands of Somalis who belong to the dominant clan of Gedo, Lower Jubba and Galgadud. Ugaas sharmaarke lived between the 16th and 17th century.
