has gloss	eng: The Small European Postal Administration Cooperation (also Small European Postal Administrations Cooperation or SEPAC) is a group of small European postal authorities. They are Åland, the Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco and San Marino. SEPAC is smaller than PostEurop, an association of some 13 European postal authorities. Luxembourg was not originally a member of SEPAC, but it joined at the end of 2006.
