The team plays in the IRB Americas Rugby Championship (ARC) and is intended to draw most of its players from the the rugby unions of Canada's five Eastern provinces: Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island (PEI) and Newfoundland & Labrador.
