The film is a continuation of Robert Louis Stevenson's original classic novel Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, although baring some differences with the horror classic. The film starred Louis Hayward, Jody Lawrance, Lester Matthews and Alexander Knox.
