| has gloss | eng: Trinidad is an unincorporated community in Grant County, Washington, and a ghost town. The town consists of Crescent Bar Road NW and three unnamed access roads just east of Rock Island State Park, between Quincy and Wenatchee. Trinidad was originally a RR stop and was named Trinidad by workers for the Great Northern RR due to its geological and physical similarity to Trinidad, Colorado. Trinidad is located on the border with Douglas County directly above the Crescent Bar resort on the Columbia River. Trinidad is becoming less and less of a ghost town as houses are built to take advantage of the sweeping views of the Columbia River. The White Heron Cellars winery has been located above Trinidad since 1989. |
