has gloss	eng: The Waterfront Researchpark is a business incubator and science park located in Niel (Belgium) associated with the University of Antwerp (UA). The researchpark of about 320,000 square metres is located on the clay quarry site of the former Kapittel brickwork factory. It is a joint initiative of the University of Antwerp, the Regional Development Authority Antwerp (GOM), the University Business Centre of Antwerp (UBCA) and SOFICOM Development (ESDE).
