has gloss	eng: The North Atlantic Subpolar Gyre is a combination of four ocean currents in the Atlantic Ocean along the coast of Greenland. It is driven by the north-flowing North Atlantic Current, and empties into the Gulf Stream. Currents The East Greenland Current begins in the Atlantic Ocean. It flows south along the coast of Greenland, before turning west and feeding the West Greenland Current. The West Greenland Current is a weaker current that flows northwest along the west coast of Greenland. Near its end, it then flows west and becomes the Baffin Island Current. The Baffin Island Current begins at the end of the West Greenland Current and carries the water out of Baffin Bay. It flows southeast along Baffin Island and Labrador, before becoming the Labrador Current. The Labrador Current is the final current of the North Atlantic Subpolar Gyre. It flows southwest along the coast of Labrador before turning south around Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. It then meets the Gulf Stream at the Grand Banks southeast of Newfoundland. In summer, this current moves icebergs into the Gulf Stream.
