has gloss	eng: Upon completion, 222 Main will be Utah’s first LEED certified high-rise. The structure will stand 22 stories high and will be located at 222 South Main Street in Salt Lake City, Utah. The building is being constructed by Hamilton Partners and is scheduled for completion in November 2009. The building is facing serious occupancy issues, with the pre-lease rate remaining at around 25% for several months since the groundbreaking .
