It comprises an industrial estate that houses several high-tech corporations and factories. The headquarters of StarHub Cable Vision is located in Ayer Rajah, together with its cable television and internet divisions. The area also houses several flatted factories, the Fusionopolis, a bus park, and the Ayer Rajah Camp at Portsdown Road. INSEAD Asia campus and the One North MRT station are new additions to the area. The Ayer Rajah Expressway passes through the industrial estate and took the name from the area. |
