It ran seasonally on summer weekends to serve the Cape Cod tourist trade. Its weekly trip arrived at Hyannis Friday evening and returned Sunday morning. It used the trackage of the historic Old Colony Railroad, which provided service to the Cape, from New York City and from Boston, until 1959, when year-round passenger service had ended on Cape Cod.
