has glosseng: Cape Collinson , also Hak Kok Tau (黑角頭), is a cape located near Ngan Wan between Siu Sai Wan and Big Wave Bay in the east most point of the Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. The cape is named for Colonel Thomas Bernard Collinson , a Royal Engineers surveyor in Hong Kong (1821-1902) and later in New Zealand. He help survey Hong Kong Island in the 1840s.
