has gloss | eng: "Closing Time" is the title of an unreleased song by alternative rock band Hole. The song was composed in January 1993 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, according to frontwoman Courtney Love, who co-wrote the song along with husband Kurt Cobain and drummer Patty Schemel. A demo version of the song was broadcast on radio in England in 1994 (although the demo was recorded in Rio de Janeiro) , shortly after the death of co-author Kurt Cobain, frontman of the grunge band Nirvana. The song was then recorded by a listener, and distributed to various bootleg companies. The song appeared on Nirvana's famous bootleg series Outcesticide. |
