The Walt Disney World building is located behind the Magic Kingdom, across from the employee parking lot. It is primarily used to orient new Cast Members, Walt Disney World College Program student interns, and Walt Disney World International Program participants. Other training that takes place at Disney University includes location-specific training (Food and Beverage, Front Desk, Merchandise, Guest Relations, etc.), many training updates, and the Foundations series of classes for salaried leaders. |
