has gloss	eng: Federation of European Mineral Programs (FEMP) is a (legal) organisation in which 25 leading multinational companies participate together with nine leading European Universities. These offer the joint European Mining, Minerals and Environmental Program (EMMEP) which is an integrated program with three specialisations. The Federation is the co-ordinating body for matters regarding education and research covering all aspects of Mineral Engineering in a large part of Europe.
