has gloss	eng: The General Secretariat of Ukraine was the main executive institution of the Ukrainian Peoples Republic from June 28, 1917 to January 22, 1918. It closely related to the todays Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. It was accepted by the Mala Rada of the Tsentralna Rada of Ukraine after the proposition of the Ukrainian party of SR (UPSR) to establish the council of secretaries. It consisted of eight (8) general secretaries and one (1) general chancellor (, Pysar).
