Die Anlage steht am östlichen Ufer des Mississippi Rivers in der Nähe der Pillsbury "A" Mill bei den einzigen Wasserfällen am Lauf des Flusses, die einst Energie für Sägemühlen, Getreidemühlen und andere Industriebetriebe lieferten.
