They were originally formed in a young offenders facility and have been running “dial-a-dope lines” – (drug trafficking operations) in the suburbs of Vancouver since 2000. They are identified by “RS” tattoos on their arms and necks and come from a multicultural background, as the Red Scorpions consider race secondary to loyalty and respect.
