This building in Chichester Street was built between 1928 and 1933 by James G. West and is a local landmark. The building was opened in 1933 by the Governor James Hamilton, 3rd Duke of Abercorn, architect Sir Richard Allison It suffered from bomb damage in 1990 but has since been restored.
