It is located in Cairo metropolitan area, 20 minutes from downtown Cairo. It was founded to accommodate prominent multinational and local companies in the field of telecommunications and information technologies while sharing the ground with the highest governmental authorities and organizations in related fields. Companies have the option to rent, buy offices, or buy land; however, all buildings must comply with a specific architectural style code.
