has glosseng: The Donkey Show was a third wave ska band that was active in the late 1980s in San Diego and Los Angeles (not to be confused with alternative rock band, The Donkey Show of Dallas, Texas). . The Donkey Shows members consisted of Kim Clift and Ray Campbell on vocals, Dave Hillyard on saxophone, Stanley "Bronco" Farwell on trombone, Rob Dominguez on percussion, Matt Parker on Farfisa organ, Kent Graves on drums, Tom Zambrano on bass, and Chris "Creedy" Bates on guitar. They performed concerts in various cities in California, and toured the US twice. They were one of the first bands in the third wave ska movement, and they appear in a Ska Parade documentary video . Members of The Donkey Show backed Buster Bloodvessel of Bad Manners on a California tour as Busters All-Stars. Ska Parade producers Albino Brown and Tazy Phyllipz (along with Gerald Lokstadt of Spot Productions) arranged for The Skatalites saxman Roland Alphonso to make his first solo trip to California in 1989 to perform with The Donkey Show.
