has gloss	eng: TrueDoc is an outline font standard developed by Bitstream that compactly encodes font for use in web pages through their TrueDoc system. Embedding a typeface in this way has the aim of eliminating graphics sometimes used in headings or other text, and replacing them by standard text, styled via CSS. The font files are made small in size by use of subsetting (only including the needed characters), and would only needed to be downloaded once. It is a secure method, in that fonts can only be used for the pages they were intended for, and not on other sites, or in other applications.

has gloss	pol: TrueDoc - technologia zagnieżdżanych czcionek opracowana przez firmy Bitstream i Netscape; umieszczane na serwerze czcionki pozwalają webmasterowi konstruować strony z użyciem nietypowych czcionek, uniezależniając go od czcionek znajdujących się w komputerach czytelników. Działa wyłącznie w Netscape Communicatorze 4.x (od wersji 4.03) i w IE dla Windows od wersji 4 z użyciem kontrolki ActiveX. Obecnie już nierozwijana. Przeszkodą w rozpowszechnieniu technologii był m.in. brak darmowych narzędzi do tworzenia czcionek w tym formacie i brak obsługi technologii w nowszych wersjach przeglądarek, w tym w Netscape 6 i wyzszych.
