has gloss | eng: The Western Balkan Country International Cooperation Network ( ) is a joint project between the Western Balkan Countries and European Union Member States that started in January 2008 and lasts until December 2011 (48 months). It is co-funded under the European Commission’s 7th Framework Programme (FP7) for Research and Technology Development (RTD) under the Capacities Programme. Altogether there are six INCO-Net projects; situated in Europe and: Eastern Europe and Central Asia ( ), Latin America ( ), the Mediterranean ( ), South East Asia ( ), Sub-Sahara Africa ( ) and the Western Balkan (WBC-INCO-Net). |
