The event exclusively features HPV's (human powered vehicles) in a 24-hour endurance race around a closed circuit and is the largest of its kind in the world, attracting teams from around Australia and the world. The Australian International Pedal Prix is the third of three races in the annual Australian HPV Super Series. The races have been running since 1984.
