has gloss	jpn: 政府代表部（せいふだいひょうぶ）（英語標記：Permanent Mission, Permanent Delegation）は、在外公館の一つ。大使館が外国に対して派遣元の国を代表し、基本的にその国の首都に置かれるのに対し、政府代表部は1又は複数の国際機関に対して派遣元の国の政府を代表し、その国際機関の所在地に置かれる。代表部の長は特命全権大使。日本の場合には、正式には「○○日本政府代表部」と呼称し、「代表部」と略称される。英語表記は、Permanent Mission of Japan to ~, Permanent Delegation of Japan to ~ など。
