has gloss	jpn: 乙巳の変（いっしのへん・おっしのへん）は中大兄皇子、中臣鎌子らが宮中で蘇我入鹿を暗殺して蘇我氏（蘇我本宗家）を滅ぼした飛鳥時代の政変。その後、中大兄皇子は体制を刷新して大化の改新と呼ばれる改革を断行した。俗に蘇我入鹿が殺された事件のことを指して「大化の改新」と言うこともあるが、厳密にはクーデターである「乙巳の変」の後に行われた一連の政治改革が「大化の改新」である。
